The Ocean Course is a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course. It has 7 ocean holes, a stunning mountain view, and inspiring desert terrain. Cabo del Sol stretches along 2.5 km (1 mile) of what experts in the golf industry call “The Pebble Beach of Baja”. The course’s proximity to the magnificent Sea of Cortez is one reason Cabo del Sol was chosen as the site of the 1998 Senior PGA Tour, and why it made Golf Magazine’s list of Top 100 Golf Courses in the World.

"With its dramatic views of the Sea of Cortez from every hole, The Desert Course at Cabo del Sol is one of the most unique layouts I've designed. The natural beauty of desert, mountain and ocean provides an ideal setting and some of the best terrain for golf anywhere in the world. My design incorporates traditional bunkering, expansive greens, wide fairways, multiple tee areas, natural waste areas and spectacular ocean views.
